At this meaningful night, which the ASAŞ employees and management came together, the results of the various contests and performance assessments, which was performed within the year, are announced and the awards presented to the ones who came out in the competitions.

Meetings and trainings was held through the year for a customer satisfaction focused, rapid and immediate solution with “On-Site Immediate Quality” approach which ASAŞ has established within its structure and been adopting by 2 years. Moulding and Foundry departments under Extrusion production facility, and Louver – Injection and Composite Panel departments under VERATEC production facility are granted awards due to their high performances in the categories of “the department and factory with the highest scores” and “which made the furthest progress” in terms of On-Site Immediate Quality works.

The Flat Products production facility among the production facilities, and the Shipping Department under PVC production facility among the departments are granted awards in the categories of the production facilities and departments which improved their performances furthest in “Health, Security, and Environment” field in 2016.

The firm, which aims to increase the interaction between the social activities it held and its employees while continuing its sustainable high performance and activity projects; held “Iron Wrist Backgammon Tournament” in 2016. The award of the champion of Iron Wrist Backgammon Tournament, which 140 persons participated in, is presented at the Organization of Ones Adding Value to Life.

Also the results of ASAŞ’s ACES Project Contest which the second of it is organized this year, consisted of Process Excellence, Respect to the Employees, and R&D categories, and 86 projects are involved. All of the Honourable Mentions are granted to the projects under Process Excellence category, while The Silver and Gold Category awards are granted to the projects under Process Excellence, Respect to the Employees and R&D categories. The prize-winner of ASAŞ’s ACES Award is granted a foreign holiday award together with his/her spouse, and the award is presented by the Chairman of Executive Board, Mr Safa Bayar Yavuz.

A surprise gift draw is held for the ASAŞ employees who attended to the Night. A holiday is gifted to 10 ASAŞ employees together with their spouses which selected via the draw among the guests. Gifts are presented to the experienced employees who completed the 20th year in ASAŞ, as an appreciation for their valuable efforts.

One of the most popular activity of the Night was the horon Show of the Life in ASAŞ Horon Team. The horon team, which its trainer and members are consisted of ASAŞ personnel and continued to train throughout the year, showed a worth seeing performance. ASAŞ plans to continue its social activities in the following years, which it comes together with its employees and add value for its employees.
