ASAŞ produces and distributes aluminium profiles to projects globally, for use in sectors as diverse as the automotive, furniture, consumer electronics, marine, railway, construction, aeronautics, household appliances and road transportation industries etc. We offer customized solutions to automotive industry to satisfy their increasing demand for lightweight structures. By adding own knowledge and experience, we transform extruded aluminium profiles into high precision components with internationally certified, precision tolerances and quality requirements.

New Product Commissioning
While commissioning new products of our customers,
studies are carried out by our Quality Department.
Input Inspection and Process Quality
In line with the PPAP documents prepared during the new product commissioning process, input quality control plans are prepared for each of the critical materials used, and the results of the controls are entered and followed up in the SAP system.
In ASAŞ, in accordance with the requirements of industry 4.0, all production parameters are taken from the machines and the process quality control data is processed into the SAP system; full traceability of the products from the raw material to the shipment stage is provided on the system.
With our fast and precise production, our Mechanical Processing Department designs and produces special fixtures and apparatuses for our customers in order to both provide cost advantage and ensure the reproducibility of products with the same quality and provides the fastest and most accurate control of the geometry of the products.

Customer Satisfaction
In our company, which adopts customer satisfaction, lean production and continuous improvement as a principle; On-site Instant Quality (YAK) approach is applied. On-Site Immediate Quality (YAK) is the team work which is consisted of the relevant departments’ members, the complaints from the customers are evaluated dynamically, problems are solved rapidly, and root-cause analyses are performed.
Determining the root causes of the problems, taking corrective actions and following the actions are carried out using the Global 8D method. Customer visits are made for the on-site detection and resolution of the complaint, and action plans and results are shared with our customers.
Health & Safety
At ASAŞ, we are diligent in identifying, evaluating and eliminating every possible risk at all stages of our production process. We do this by planning precautions and their implementation, running practical training initiatives and maintaining the continuous development of our OHSAS best practices.
Environmental Sensitivity
The aim of the ASAŞ Environmental Management System (A-EMS) is Zero Environmental Impact. To achieve this we take a number of practical steps that include the selection of alternative materials with less environmental impact, the maximum use of recycled materials, the minimal use of packaging, the removal of wastewater and the management of all hazardous emissions
